But then how did it kind of lead up to your final day of drinking? And what happened there?

Paige CalentinoGUEST
From there, I became more aware of what I was going through and what I actually wanted out of life.

Paige CalentinoGUEST
I did start going to therapy at that point, which had been transformational for me.

So Rachel, what part of the program do you start to talk about identity? Is that pretty early on? And then what are some of the exercises or engagements that you do to really kind of work on, to, to do some work on the identity? Is, is it purposeful, or is it just a by-product of doing all the other components of your program?

Paige CalentinoGUEST
The program is built around this, um, this methodology that alcohol is really the entry point, and that's how I meet people and that's how we start working together.

Paige CalentinoGUEST
But the end goal is identity expansion, shifting your identity into someone who does not want to drink, and we do that through the various, uh, modules that we go through.

Paige CalentinoGUEST
And it happens because we're rewiring the brain, essentially, and we're doing that through education, through journaling and self-discovery, um, through experiences.

So what did you learn along the way that you felt was of value to now spread to others? What does that look like? And then what does it look like to, you know, from the sober coach standpoint?

Paige CalentinoGUEST
Yeah, I felt like I had figured out the world's best kept secret with sobriety and So many parts of my life just started to fall into place after I decided to make that choice for myself.

Paige CalentinoGUEST
Because not only did my physical health improve, like the sober glow up that we hear about, my skin got better.
