Paddy Dignam

George Lucas even called Joseph Campbell My Yoda.

In Ulysses, Leopold Bloom is getting ready for his friend Paddy Dignam's funeral.

But that's not the reason he's about to start his adventure wandering the streets of Dublin.

His call is a letter not even addressed to him, but to his wife from her lover.

Luke destroys the Death Star and rescues Leia, of course.

Inanna is slowly restored to life after the intervention of her father, Enki.

And then Ulysses Bloom finally exits the cemetery after his friend's interment and his musings about what happens to the body after death, tinking in a stream of consciousness, quote, back to the world again, enough of this place, brings you a bit nearer every time, gives you the creeps after a bit.

Plenty to see and hear and feel yet.
