So is Teresa Haught, Anthony Pecoraro, the trainer.
Stan SalterGUEST
35:06
Paco Lopez won on Beautiful Blom, a four-year-old filly by Blowfail.
Stan SalterGUEST
35:10
She was a stakes winner here.
Stan SalterGUEST
35:11
Delaware is a two-year-old.

8 MINS LATER

Stan SalterGUEST
42:50
He ran a good second going a mile on a soft turf course at Penn National last time.
Stan SalterGUEST
42:55
So Kittens Floyd, that horse has been running well, might be live at a decent price.
Stan SalterGUEST
43:01
Then you have Ironsides here, who attracts Paco Lopez, our leading rider.
Stan SalterGUEST
43:07
Paco had a four-win day on Wednesday of this week.
John FredericksHOST
7:05
He had the lead middle of the stretch.
John FredericksHOST
7:07
He was in with some really tough horses with Paco Lopez on him.
John FredericksHOST
7:12
But you could see in the middle.
John FredericksHOST
7:14
Oh, Paco.
Ashley MaillouxHOST
4:42
I mean, she just opened up on them.
Ashley MaillouxHOST
4:43
Paco Lopez is aboard in that second start.
Ashley MaillouxHOST
4:45
He's named to ride once again.
Ashley MaillouxHOST
4:47
I don't know.
Ashley MaillouxHOST
4:50
Time form suggests she's in front.
Ashley MaillouxHOST
4:52
I don't know if she really makes the lead here or if she does it easily, David, because she didn't go all that quick last time out.
David AragonaHOST
4:58
no you're right i mean she's ran in some slower paced races though if you watch the start of her last race like it's easy to imagine her making the lead again here because she just busted out of the gate and quickly established the lead obviously not facing much of quality that day as she won quite easily at the end uh she was coming back on just one week's rest following her debut race where she dueled with great destiny got a little tired actually was the one that bumped great destiny at the top of the stretch before tiring so she was more professional last time Paco Lopez is going to stick, even though it's been almost three months since she last raced.
David AragonaHOST
5:30
She's definitely one of the contenders in here, but given the jockey named before, I thought she might be a little over fit.
Randy MossHOST
67:41
Didn't the percentage of winning favorites go up? Yes, absolutely.
Bill FinleyHOST
67:44
Paco Lopez, who was, you know, the worst offender in the history of racing with the whip.
Bill FinleyHOST
67:50
He was able to get, get through it.
Bill FinleyHOST
67:52
They don't allow whipping.
John FredericksHOST
29:03
Baymont Parfait at fifth race on Monday.
John FredericksHOST
29:07
And he drew the pole and I love our jockey Paco Lopez.
John FredericksHOST
29:11
He's our, he's our jockey when he's available.
John FredericksHOST
29:14
So he's on it.
David AragonaHOST
6:39
And then next time in the Haskell, I mean, we could say a lot of things about the ride and maybe getting a little bit too concerned about trying to ride parts of the racetrack and keeping other horses in certain spots.
David AragonaHOST
6:48
That's the way Paco Lopez, his former jockey, rides races.
David AragonaHOST
6:50
But still, Napoleon Solo ran well that day.
David AragonaHOST
6:53
He did get a great trip, probably very similar to the trip he's going to work out in this Travers.

8 MINS LATER

David AragonaHOST
14:40
He was the upset winner of the Haskell at 28 to 1.
David AragonaHOST
14:43
Let's take a look at the stretch run of that race as he fends off Napoleon Solo, who is trying to keep him in pretty tight at the top of the stretch.
David AragonaHOST
14:49
Here you can see that Jorre Vargas Jr. sneaking through along the inside with Baby Vino and Paco Lopez on Napoleon Solo, trying to make it as tight as possible.
David AragonaHOST
14:57
They're going to exchange some bumps in upper stretch, but-
Gino BuccolaHOST
7:51
He's coming in from Churchill.
Gino BuccolaHOST
7:53
So that's probably going to take some money because people will see the bigger circuits and Paco Lopez jumps aboard.
Gino BuccolaHOST
7:59
And so that will probably have him take some money as well.
Gino BuccolaHOST
8:02
So he's, and he's going to have to go from a mile and a 16th against the maiden 12 fives to a mile and a quarter against some of these horses who have 10. and 11 victories and some pretty seasoned horses.
Stan SalterGUEST
52:15
Yeah, he's pretty good, but he better be tied on because we have a pretty tough jockey colony here.
Stan SalterGUEST
52:20
We got Paco Lopez and Julio Hardride and Hernandez, a bunch of other good riders.
Stan SalterGUEST
52:26
Cipriano Gill is doing pretty good.
Stan SalterGUEST
52:28
So we have a much better jockey colony than they do up in New York.
