Pacific Northwest Trail

The idea had roots.

Charlie had hiked the Colorado Trail, the Arizona Trail, the Pacific Northwest Trail, thousands of miles.

And every time he came home to Texas, he felt an absence.

after doing the Colorado Trail, the Arizona Trail, and hiking thousands of miles in other places, realizing that Texas didn't have this experience and it was a missing.

I was like, yo, y'all are just hitchhiking like this? You could do that? That's cool.

So then I actually hitchhiked and took some trains to the beach section of the Pacific Northwest Scenic Trail and did that for a little bit.

And yeah, I ended up being a backpacking guide on the West Coast.

And yeah, love playing outside.
