Lille actually took the lead in that game in the first half Bartra equalises on 33 a good cross from Pablo Fornals to set up that goal and then Lille take the lead again just a few minutes later from a header from a corner and then second half kicks off Bartra equalises early on for Betis gets his second goal of the night and then Troy Parrish steps up it's essentially if you haven't seen this goal yet it's a nice little pass through by Raquelme as you say he stands up the defender kind of brings it on to his left foot and then slots it into the far corner.
E

It was like a distinguished finish for Troy Parrott and something that if you're looking at Irish strikers over the past it's like they've done well but when they get into positions they can't take their chances where Troy Parrott seems to have that killer edge now developing in his game.

a team that Real Betis had players who were above the age of 30, more than 5, Val, the goalkeeper, Bellerin, and then Isco, Alakon Suarez, Pablo Fornals, they had batras.
L
8:41Leonard AbekanduHOST
they they were all to me seven of their players who came before all the teams were about 30 years roman the only players who have 30 years was denzel dunford's 30 and then but the player who won the most duels was the right back who is 31 year old for real betty's well And when were they supposed to see the impact of Vavadi and then Kamavinga who were sitting in as the shield and also double pivot.

In the midfield where they had two players who were key because Isco was the one roaming on top of all, they are midfield.

That does definitely play a part with Betis, I think.
A
6:16Alex KirklandHOST
I mean, not tonight because it's too soon, but going forward for Betis, do you think, can you see a team with Ceballos, Fornals and Isco as a midfield three? Is that possible? Do you think those three, can they fit them in?
S
6:31Sid LoweHOST
Yeah, and I can essentially because this is sort of what Manuel Pellegrini does.
S

If you look at his teams over the years and he he's quite eloquent on this.

You know, when I spoke to Anthony about him, you know, he was very complimentary about the way he treats him in training, the way he gives him that, that faith and, and trust.

And also the same with Pablo Fornals.
J

Um, so yeah, He's a respected manager, 72 years of age, I should say.

Do Betis look any good? Pablo Fornals, Anthony et al.? ?
G
8:37Gavin CooneyGUEST
Yeah, at that level they look pretty good, right? Obviously there's the big three of Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico and then I think Athletic Bilbao finished ahead of them as well last season but they finished fifth and because of the change in the number of places that go to leagues to qualify for the Champions League, that means they're into the Champions League for I think only the second time in their history and they look pretty good.
G

He can do the running, but he can also hold on to the ball and put his foot on the ball.
