Um, but they cracked, Fair Harbor cracked distribution channels in, in that like when a tour operator signed up with them, they are like the, the layer underneath a lot of the OTAs.

So like if you're a fishing charter, you know, or I don't wanna hype them up too much, but like you could go and, and list across 200 different OTAs and manage all your availability in one place, similar to how OwnerRez and the property management systems allow you to list across Airbnb and Vrbo.

And so that's the direction we're going next.

Like so much of the, the supply that we've been able to unlock has never been listed on an OTA before because they've never been able to figure out how a Montana elk guide prices and packages their trips, right? And I'm not s- I'm not saying every OTA is gonna wanna list elk hunts and pheasant hunts just for the nature of those companies and, and the public image aspect, but, um, that will be interesting to see is like how the, if we're able to really push this supply out through a lot of these other existing channels, similar to how Fair Harbor did it, how's the public gonna respond to it? Will it really drive that much activation for our customers?

When it comes to marketing, you have to attract a customer, you have to convert a customer, and then the money is made in retaining a customer, right? What you're talking about is retaining a customer.

What I'm talking about is how hard it is to attract and convert cold traffic, and a lot of people continue to talk about, and I see all the talking heads out there saying, a- and, and even all your property management software s- uh, tools, you know, your OwnerRez, your Lodgify, your Guesty, your Hostaway, they all have their, their direct booking website, right? And everybody wants to send traffic to it.

My point of that is it doesn't work.

It's a lo- you're gonna, you're gonna have a negative return on ad spend.
