Um, but Scotty, just a cool story, and supposedly the Philadelphia Flyers players and management just love having this guy around.

As you say, having him on the roo- in the room, having him on the road trips, having just the guy that's been a captain for so long, whether it was in the OHL with, uh, the Owen Sound Attack, whether it was in Lehigh Valley, um, Garrett Wilson has been an integral part to that Philadelphia Flyers franchise and obviously gets rewarded with an NHL deal yesterday.

Gotta love to see it.

First, though, a quick recap on the weekend action for the Owen Sound Attack.

They were on the road Friday night down in London at Canada Life Place where...

Yeah, London doesn't usually go very well for the Owen Sound attack.

Residents are also reminded when they are involved in an animal incident to obtain the owner's contact information.

In sports, the London Knights beat the Owen Sound Attack 7-4 in a high-scoring affair Friday night.

In the GOHL, Listowel got its first win of the season, knocking off Strathroy 5-1.

Elsewhere, St. Mary's defeated Stoney Creek 6-5, and Stratford topped London 5-4 in overtime.

It will be October the 2nd that the London Knights and the North Bay Battalion hook up at Canada Life Place.

The road taking Tyler to where he is now is fascinating, and he'll talk about all of it.

And a lot of it came with the education that he received while he was here in London.

Okay, if you want to move off here to the Midwest, I'll let you kind of start us off here for your 10th.

Okay, coming in last in this Midwest division, I got the Owen Sound Attack.

I mean, maybe I'm a little bit low on them, but I just think this division is, like, solid and stacked, so it's, like, kind of hard to, like, really determine, but...

I mean, you know, you kind of look up front with Owen Sound, like Jacob Theron as a 20-year-old.

And then J.C. Coots from Bayshore Broadcasting, he's going to call the game, I believe he's calling the game up in Owen Sound, which would make sense.

Sticking with some Owen Sound attack news, this time of year as training camps end and the season starts, there's so much going on.

So I'll just select out a few ideas that jumped out at me.

Cole Zyrowski had 15 points in six preseason games for the attack.

Attack veteran Easton Mikus, I believe we already mentioned in a previous show that he was released.

The good news is he was picked up by the Brampton Steelheads, so he'll still be playing in the OHL this season.

In our Preview where we looked at the Owen Sound Attack prospects and rookies.

We talked a lot about Alex Taylor, and he did barge his way into the lineup.

I'm sorry, that must have been Barry, his goaltender, my bad, against Owen Sound.

The loss leaves Toronto two games out of a wildcard spot, with just eight remaining on the season.

In the OHL, the Owen Sound attack opened the new season by shutting out the reigning Memorial Cup champion Kitchener Rangers 1-0.

Ryerson Lienders stopped all 29 shots he faced, and Pierce Bowie potted the winner.

And in the PJHL, Mitchell crushed Wingham 7-1, Hanover held off Walkerton 4-1, Fergus B. Clinton 2-1, and Exeter won a high-scoring affair with Petrolia 10-6.
