This is The New Monsters, The Bunnyman, Episode 3, Midnight at the Overpass.

In our first episode, we returned to October 1970 and the two documented incidents beneath the Bunnyman legend.

Encounters involving someone reportedly wearing a rabbit costume, carrying weapons, and complaining about trespassing around Guinea Road.

The question became whether you were willing to go looking for him.

And that transformed the Colchester Overpass into a pilgrimage site.

Teenagers drove there after dark because visiting allowed them to test the story while simultaneously preserving the story.

A car would pull beneath the tracks, the engine would stop, someone would suggest getting out, and the woods would begin making the ordinary noises woods make when several frightened people are desperately listening for a murderer dressed as a rabbit.
