So this is what I want to see.

You can see your ethical drugs, OTC exports, consumer products.

May and Baker does this.

May and Baker doesn't do this.

And I think the role of the pharmacist in terms of chaperoning this process and ensuring the right medicine reaches the right patient is going to be a very profound one as time goes on.

Allison, it's fascinating to me to think that we can start tailoring compound, a specific medication, and even vitamin and OTC products, over-the-counter products to teach our people out there that, hey, your genes are just slightly different than someone else's and you're going to react to medications a little bit differently.

But where do you think pharmacists belong in all of this in the health system pharmacist role to become more involved in that personalized treatment and decision-making in the future?

So we actually ran a project in mental health prescribing where we did pharmacogenomic testing.

So today we're really going to be tapping into Vanessa's expertise regarding the factors that are reshaping pharmacy today, from convenience and technology to telehealth integration, OTC expansion, and so much more.

Running the gamut of many drivers of pharmacies expansion, Vanessa will help us understand the true direction pharmacy is headed toward in the upcoming future.

Obviously, so much is going on today.

So I really appreciate kind of all the various insights on, you know, different aspects of this whole idea of technology and pharmacy.

So kind of wanted to talk about, you know, some more expansion, kind of compared things that pharmacists do and then really kind of go ahead for pharmacy.

So how much of a pharmacy's future do you think runs through telehealth and the expansion of OTC sales rather than prescription medications or clinical services?

And what patients want more choice in how they access routine health care.

And so I think that we've actually put an engine that does exactly this.

We call it the condition-specific disallowed OTC engine.

And it's a model that just looks at every turn of the conversation and says, are we talking about over-the-counter medications? Okay, does this person have a condition that would put them on one of the disallowed conditions? And a lot of this was thinking through, in fact, our company, when I co-founded the company, we brought together kind of three expertise, the entrepreneurial expertise, my co-founder, Manesh, who's a Johns Hopkins trained doctor who actually ran El Camino, which is a $2 billion health system as their COO.

And was at a number of other health systems before that in senior executive roles and was an ER doc for many years.
