Good morning, bypassing the intro because I'm a few minutes late getting started, so we're back on track today.

Uh, I am a trained, uh, and still practicing critical care physician at FMO Health, which is a 10-hospital system, uh, in Louisiana and Mississippi, where we get to take care of, uh, communities ranging anywhere from Jackson to Bogalusa, Louisiana, with a flagship location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, uh, referred to as Our Lady of the Lake.

Um, I get the opportunity to lead, uh, um, a team of extremely talented quality and performance improvement experts at, at FMO.

And, and specifically, my job is to design and implement strategies that improve outcomes in every patient, uh, along our patient-centered clinical themes.

Yeah.

So our journey, um, if you think about it from a whole health system, started with a pilot, uh, with, with a launch, um, in 2023 to Flagship in Baton Rouge.

That was our Our Lady of the Lake.

And then we did a step wedge devi- de- design over the next two years, starting right around April 2024 with our four other acute care hospitals, and we did them.
