I just saw these stories popped up.

Can I just say, our little eight-year-old grandson is currently learning all the different words with O-U-G-H in.

O-U-G-H, okay.

I forget how many.

I think eight different pronunciations he's trying to learn because they are all what they call, they tell the little kids, they say, they are tricky words.

You've just got to memorize them.

Mm-hmm.

Now, you look at O-U-G-H and say, why don't you pronounce it the same all the time? English doesn't.
