Previous to that in 2018, the definition varied a little bit.

But working with the WOCN in North America and also the nurses specialized in Wounds, Ostomy, Continence Canada, we came up with this revised definition that put patient handling in there because what we've learned since the original ISTAP definition is often skin tears are caused through that sort of daily, often unintentional, but handling patients, helping them move, helping them dress and wash and bathe.

So, patient handling came into that definition as of last year.

So you kind of explained how these skin tears can occur and how to categorize them.
