Had you been before? No, no, not at all.

There wasn't a soul amongst us who didn't want to have the best time ever.

Not to mention that the entire...

Osteria Francescana brand as presented forward facing through media coverage and marketing efforts is synonymous with kindness, joy, and passion.

How could you, how could they not go wrong? So we went in with real expectations, but so did the other 28 people.

All the famous Italian chefs are in Milan that night.

And apparently Massimo Bottura showed up of Osteria Francescana, and he wanted to eat at Ami e Nadia.

And they had, you know, not a lot of tables at this place.

They had no tables.

When I remember the first stage I did was an exchange in a university in Italy, so I divided my school between Mexico and Italy.

But my first long stage and my first, how can I say it, experience in a professional kitchen was the three-Michelin star, number one restaurant in the world at that time, Osteria Francescana in Italy.

And I stayed with a lot of excitement, but some people were like, "Just in culinary school, weren't you afraid?" And now that I go back, it was not ...
