So this was also quite engineering work, project management.

But I was lucky that in 2010, when I finished, I was able to switch to the former subsidiary and now the separate, which was Osram or Sylvania.

So light bulbs and lighting.

And this was in 2010 and this was super interesting because it was exactly transition from traditional light to LED lighting.

So how do we get that? And So I started to kind of self-teaching myself scenarios, scenario planning, very heavily on excess sheets and still very traditional on doing trends and cross-impact analysis and morphological boxes, two by two matrix, everything for that.

And we did an autonomous driving to see, do we still need head beams and lighting for automotive if we have that? And this was my start for foresight.

I fell in love and I decided to leave Osram after a year and then move all the way to Australia and did my master's of strategic foresight there.

And then somehow it circled back that I felt like this creative feeling that you have and this anticipation somehow that you use when you're dancing and you're improvising, it's a little bit of feeling that you need when you work with futures.

And then, you know, sort of, as I thought forward, it was like, look, this is, this is a challenge, right? Like how do we, um, how do we find new ways to grow fruit? And so I was totally hooked in the mission of the industry and so took it from there.

So spent some of my tail end of my career at Osram doing innovation projects, doing, I did an inter canopy lighting project in Leamington.

Uh, with a tomato grower here, and then after Osram, uh, acquired Fluence, uh, worked with the team to create essentially the, the, the MVP of what would have been, uh, a cloud, cloud-based platform for, um, for control of.

Fluence Lights.

And at that point, stepped out of Al's RAM, had a short stint with a company whose product was called Grow IQ.

Orion was down 13%.

In fact, we were down across the board, except for Osram.

They gained one half of 1%.
