Osmolarity is a number where kind of just one number is, is sometimes not very, very useful because one of the hallmarks of, of dry eye is a really fluctuating osmolarity.

So you can get it and it's normal, but you check it again half an hour later and it's, it's up higher, you know.

So kind of getting some repeatable normal osmolarity, uh, is a good indicator.

And I was laying out the rehydration drinks.

And so whenever you're rehydrating, there's a term called osmolality.

Okay? Osmolality is, to put it simply, kind of the measure of the electrolytes in that liquid.
