I think that Oscar Goodman is probably the 10th guy in a nine-man rotation.

And he's had some really good minutes.

He was one of the offensive sparks from three against Houston.

What are we making of the bench? Kenny Nolan, Ricky Lyberg, Quinn Costello, Oscar Goodman, Jalen Reed.

My initial reaction is I don't know what to make of any of them.

They all played between 10 and 18 minutes in that game.

But it's, like, you mix them in where, like, Lybert's playing with the starters or Jalen Reed's playing with the starters or Costell.

You know what I mean? Like, just instead of it being, like, four-man bench units, it's, like...

three starters two bench players that sort of thing but they each kind of like get opportunities and get shifts because I'm sure in practice it's kind of similar where like some days this guy looks better and other days this guy looks better and like as you said they bring different things to the table like Jalen Reed is driving from the perimeter and And can can play make a little bit like Oscar Goodman.

I don't really know.

Then in the three-game exhibition slate in October, no Roddy Gayle Jr. until Sunday.

Some injury buildup for the likes of Ricky Liebert and Jalen Reed and Oscar Goodman.

And then on Sunday against Houston, a ton of foul trouble with a 10-man rotation.

Injuries won't turn off come the regular season.

And this was just before they went on the run.

But it was Roddy Gale out there with Quinn Costello, Oscar Goodman, Kenny Noland and Jalen Reed.

And it was like, OK, I mean, that's not necessarily ideal.

You want to maybe two or three of those guys at a time in the game at most.

Give him a little bit of time, I think, to get comfortable, especially because a lot of his summer he was limited.

And this was going to be a big summer for him coming off a redshirt year last year, knowing that there's a chance that he can get some playing time this season.

And it seems like pretty much all of those are going to devolve to, to Gail as soon as Sunday.

The other thing that kind of jumps out about the box score is it looks like they've sort of started refining who's in the rotation and Because just four minutes for Oscar Goodman, and I think that's probably going to be about his season average.

The one thing that surprises me is that Hartman only played seven minutes after he showed up pretty well against Eastern.

Yeah, I think that there are, you know, I think that there's probably some reasons for that, maybe defensively.

Just trying to improve each and every day a little bit.

What is it like having bigs like JP Estrella, Mustafa Cham, Oscar Goodman, Jalen Reed, Quinn Costello, having that type of depth and that type of size? How do you try to maximize that when you have those types of players on the floor with you?

Yeah.

I mean, I think that they just make me better, honestly.

You know, it's not pressure-filled moments right now because it's the exhibition, but in the heat of that game, it felt like a big shot at that point.

Now, Oscar Goodman, who played a lot at the three and was one of the first guys, maybe the first guy off the bench, if I recall correctly, in Sunday's game against Eastern Michigan, could be wrong there, but either way, played a prominent role in that game and struggled a little bit.

He only logged four minutes.
