[laughs]

"And then this," you're like, "Oh, okay." "And then we're gonna roll right into this." [coughs] Excuse me.

Um, but I don't know.

I, I don't really think it affected.

I think the things it affected are kinda your own, like, um, mentals, and you start making some mistakes.

Like, so for example, that, when they tell you, like, "Hey, you're gonna go up, present your dish, and you gotta come back down and cook your other dish," it's kinda like, okay.

I mean, once you're in the kitchen, like, even, you know, when you're back at home, you're kind of always just working all day, and going, you know, and you go from brunch into dinner service, or you're prepping and right into this.

Yeah.

[laughs]

I went with, like, nothing.

Like, a two suitcases, pocket full of dreams, hardly any money.

And, uh, so I didn't have a TV in any of my apartments till years, years later.

So there was not much TV watching.

So I'd heard about it, I'd see it.

You're kinda like, in the circuit you hear about, uh, them.

Mm-hmm
