Orpheum Circuit

Different story on the West Coast, but the same basic idea.

A series of men who ended up creating what was called the Orpheum Circuit, which is just the name of the theater where it all started.

And so over time, you have an East Coast monopoly in vaudeville and you have a West Coast monopoly in vaudeville.

And they, over time, they combined to something they called the combine.

He's not here for fun, but business.

Martin is a theater owner looking to poach talent for his own vaudeville shows on the Orpheum Circuit, a network of theaters and music halls across the country.
