For workers hired before August of 2003, there's no cap on how much overtime counts towards the salary their pension is based on.

Load up your last three years and it's baked in for life.

The cities that would have to pay for it were blunt about it.

The League of Oregon Cities said, now is not the time for an increase.

And the average Oregon PERS retiree, P-E-R-S, retiree already collects about $49,000 a year.

So the governor says, pause.
