Each one of them has different conditions, different communities, different needs.

You've also got major flagship projects, the Broadway Corridor, James Beard Public Markets, Williams and Russell OMSI Master Plan, Albina Vision Trust, right? How do you think about balancing those? large-scale transformational projects against the need to support these smaller corridor revitalizations and neighborhood-level development? Especially when those come into tension, how do you make the call?

Look, development has to have the community in mind.

That's the tension point.

But there's affordability and there's income.

So we're making sure on the front end, we're communicating what the end product should look like here.

OMSI is the same, different.

OMSI sits on a campus.

So that made me feel a little bit more youthful than I probably deserve to be at the moment.

I took the nephew up to OMSI a few...

I think it was last year.

They had one of the old retired World War II submarines in there.

They

have a dinosaur processing lab at our local science museum, OMSI, which I know you visited when you were here last year.

But they have like a dinosaur processing lab in the back where they've been like slowly unearthing the same triceratops, I swear, for like 15 years.

Um.

I, they had it here at OMSI too.

I'd go to the Rush one.

Now I'm like, well, I feel like I see those around, but now I'm like, have I seen one in a while? You see them around? I see those around.

I'll tell you what, I was just at OMSI in the toddler section.

So 2:30 is when I hit, uh, like, going over the Morrison, like you're going to OMSI.

And I was like, "Ah, that's fine.

I still have plenty of time.

Okay, we're getting thematic in here.

Have you ever done one of those things where they're like, around here they call them real eats, R-E-E-L eats, where you like eat along to a movie? They do them at our local science museum, OMSI, which I know you visited while you were here.

And you watch the

movie in the IMAX or wherever, and they give you kind of like a little prepared... meal box and then you like oh at when the screen shows number one eat number one we did it for Jurassic Park and they did like you know the green jello on the spoon you gotta buy the green jello you know that sort of stuff so yeah and I've I've seen vertical videos where like they follow that same format like
