Should the Legislative Assembly enact legislation regulating the growth of data centers in Oregon? And Caleb, you start.

Absolutely.

We already have, I think last I saw was 111 of them here.

Oregon Legislature has entrusted Business Oregon to administer a quality jobs, primarily focusing on traded sector, job creation tax credit.

Business Oregon, we, uh, in service to the businesses, we will be certifying the businesses to be eligible for it for their 2026 tax year.

So businesses in seven key industries, all of them are traded sector, ranging from advanced manufacturing to biotech, life sciences, food and beverage manufacturing, outdoor apparel.

If you design a program well, you will have the reporting and the matrix built in.

Several of our programs, we actually have a little clause, uh, for receiving one of our grants or loans, and that is, uh, you will have to tell us whether or not this trade show that we helped you attend with significant international attendance has actually resulted in an increase to your international sales.

So I am incredibly spoiled because our portfolio of programs, because we report on these KPIs to the Oregon legislature, because these are Oregon Lottery dollars.

Occasionally they are federal dollars for the infrastructure programs that we administer.
