Orcrist

Well, there was like...

Orcrist and Glamdring are cool names.

But I remember the names that the goblins had for them.

They called them like Beater and Biter.

So you're for items.

Anduril, Glamdring, Orcrist,

and Sting.

Okay, there's probably going to be more than one reason.

Does all your good treasure stuff.

Orcrist was one of the ones that the Discord went crazy over.

Three mana legendary equipment.

Equipped creature gets plus two, plus two in trample, has equipped three, and whenever it deals combat damage to a player, choose a creature type and make a treasure for each creature you control of that type.

All three

swords that they get from the troll horde, Glamdring, Orcrist, and Sting, were all forged in Gondolin.

Because they blow, they glow blue.

And that's, apparently, that's a feature just of Gondolin blades.

I think because Gondolin was a secret city, so they needed an early warning system if orcs were close.

And so the swords made there have that blue glow on the edges whenever there's orcs near.

Although, in the movies, they never have Glamdring or Orcrist glow.

Just saying.
