And, you know, good neighbors are a blessing, but you don't know everybody in your neighborhood.

And so the late, great, rich in Orchard Beach, Maryland, He had decided many years ago, I don't have a lot of people coming to my house, but the way I'm going to do the Halloween thing is I will buy six full-sized Almond Joy bars because Almond Joys are my wife Allison's favorite.

And then I will put together six envelopes.

Four of them will have a $1 bill.

There are a number of you who have taken a suggestion.

I think it was Rich in Orchard Beach, Maryland, who gave us first.

Rich wanted to do this, lived in a place where he didn't get many trick-or-treaters.

So he bought his wife Allison's favorite candy bar, which I believe was a Mounds, maybe it was an Almond Joy, and bought them full size.

But listeners to my show who have done this have done this in a bunch of different ways.

Rich in Orchard Beach, Maryland, who used to write me about my show every day, he's passed away a year ago.

Rich lived in an area where he said, "I get about six trick-or-treaters." So what he did is he bought full-sized Almond Joy bars, his wife's favorite, and then he put together six envelopes, four with a dollar, one with a $2 bill, one with a $5 bill, and offered his kid- the kids choices.
