Oh my God, the worst, absolute worst way to go.

Once the Orange County Fire Authority and our officers arrived, we found the vehicle fully engulfed in flames.

The flames had to be extinguished, and that's when we found the two people inside the vehicle.

Oh.

Natalie Migliore is there.

Al DeRose and his Orange County Fire Department responded to Ground Zero that same day.

He said he spent six months on the pile.

Lost a lot of friends, a lot of brothers.

But again, a very smoky, dense smoke.

Yeah, and Orange County Fire Authority tops in the world.

They are the absolute best.

Orange County, they step to those fires quickly, and they have a tremendous amount of resources.

And I tell people when we talk about this is saying, hey, if they didn't react and say evacuate 50,000 people, and God forbid that thing did levy and we lost people, they would be under the gun for not evacuating 50,000 people.

you know and so I guess my question here on this is and this is kind of going to the whole leadership and the idea of of having that character the fire chief the acting fire chief for Orange County Fire Authority I've known this man for many years and I know he was acting on the best with the best information he had and with the best character possible how do we how do we weave that conversation to the public to say everything that we're doing is not conspiracy trying to take over your homes we're making the decisions based upon the information that we have which is best for you um you know i i know it's a kind of a loaded question we've seen this multiple times where they don't believe the government um is that a problem that we can solve or is it just going to be something that we're going to deal with for the rest of our lives

well i think it's one that If it can ever be solved, I'm a hundred percent sure of that.

I know you can mitigate some of the risks because no one's, I think no one's ever gotten an evacuation just right.
