So a lot of it is sort of women's work.

until it becomes sort of one of the biggest exports in Britain, known as Opus Anglicanum.

And then you start to see it becoming men's work as well when it becomes a viable trade, which is interesting.

Yeah, so it's something that's been done for absolute centuries.

And that's where it should be.

See, in 2010, you'll remember they had that wonderful Opus Anglicanum exhibition of medieval embroidery, stunning.

We need to go forward and now have a contemporary.

And there's never been one in the world, an exhibition of contemporary art of embroidery, not anywhere.
