OPML

If you have a lot of podcasts on another device, there's a possibility that you can import all of those podcasts into BT Braille at once.

This is done via something called an OPML file, and you find this in some podcast apps and RSS readers.

Unfortunately, Apple Podcasts has never supported the ability to import or export OPML files.

So if you find that you've outgrown Apple Podcasts, and that is certainly possible because the feature set does have some serious constraints, it is very difficult to take your podcast out of there in one go and take it to a more capable third-party podcast application.

However, if you've already done that, if you are not using Apple Podcasts on your phone but instead are using a third-party tool, many of them support the ability to export your entire list of podcasts to an OPML file.

And if you can get one in some way, if you can have one generated, then you can import them all at once with the BC Braille.

If you use your BC Braille as your primary podcast app and then you purchase a smartphone or you want to use some other app, then the bc braille also works in reverse you can export your full podcast list as an opml file and then take it with you somewhere else i'm going to press z chord which will exit this help and that should take us into the application

I actually wound up creating my own standalone OPML editor.

I had a little OPML editor that I was using for my shows.

Um, uh, this is gonna be the most useless thing ever.

Um, I, I, um, don't read anything in the industry except on Mondays now.

So I block out like two hours on my Monday morning and, uh, I, that, that is how I keep up, 'cause otherwise I would just like never do anything other than fricking read X.
