Hayley, we had an emotional caller, an elderly gentleman that rang up last week and said that him and his wife had gone to a show at the Opera House from Wellington, but like out in the suburbs and driven and parked and gone to the gig.

And they were just horrified at what they saw and how they feel.

an older guy, just before we get back into the heated part, I had an older gentleman ring me just before you guys came on the show and said him and his wife came to a show at the Opera House and felt, you know...

And I filmed it, uh, the second time I'd ever done it in Wellington at the Opera House, and I panicked, and I missed bits, and it wasn't my favorite show.

Good show, but it wasn't my favorite.

She brings the band to Wellington Opera House on Saturday, September the 5th as part of a seven-date New Zealand tour.

Yeah, there's a few things that we laid on afterwards, but what you hear is essentially what we played in the room, which is a really nice energetic way to record, you know, rather than kind of laboring over, you know, endless overdubs for months and months, yeah.
