Open plan

It's been so fun, you know, kinda working with you and your team, um, Trish, and especially since we had the pleasure of doing an article in the latest, um, magazine.

Right, and the article is on page 98, and it is focused on open floor plans.

So if any of you have open floor plans out there, we're gonna pick Marty's brain today, because she helped us-

... with this, and they can be a bit of a challenge.

The views here are gorgeous.

Mm-hmm.

So a lotta times these open floor plans allow for the views, right?

You can either listen to it or you don't.

I remember they really vilified open plan practice.

So much so that in the beginning, I was like, no, that's not a great thing.

It's like a production line kind of thing.

So then in the first, I think it was the first, certainly the first three years or so, it was just closed room for me.

Sometimes it was going between one room to the other, but it was closed room.

And then when I moved back to the UK, I was like, I'm ready for open plan.

I've been getting adjusted in open plan.
