Open Orthodoxy

I mean, sometimes that's true.

Sometimes there's something that's so black and white, something that's just off the reserve, outside the tent, like some of the things that came through with Open Orthodoxy and with early Haskalah.

But in general, the idea of a single Das Torah is very foreign, I will actually quote, probably when people talk about Das Torah, you know, in the last generation, a lot of times they say Das Torah, and they'd say, go ask Rav Chaim Kanievsky.

So I'll quote Rav Chaim Kanievsky's father, the stapler Gaon, when he was asked, what is Das Torah? He said, Das Torah is when someone who's completely connected to Hashem, and they're so, and Torah is who they are.

The only clergy in an Orthodox shul.

And what's significant about this, I think, is that this is not open Orthodox.

This is from the center of modern Orthodoxy.

You know, it's our Torah stone.

You had Godoli Yisrael in Hungary who were not orthodox.

And when I say they're not Orthodox, I don't mean they're not Orthodox like in...

They're open Orthodox or something like that.

No, they are not Orthodox.
