But, you know, the real problem is that their checkout is invisible to 80% of the addressable market, right? So if you're like in a market like Nigeria, OP alone has 50 million plus users, right? Verve accounts for 90% of online debit card purchases.

So if you're not, like, accepting Oprah and Verve in Nigeria, of course you're going to say that the market is small.

That's, um, step number one.

And step number two is just un- underestimating the, the regulatory and compliance complexity, right? Entering five markets in the region, typically it would mean that you're setting up five different legal entities, five compliance regimes, five, five banking relationships, and that stops being a payment problem, and it becomes an operation, operations problem.
