And they were the f- one of the first companies to institute returns.

Like, any condition, bring it back because they just wanted you back in the store, right? And I think that's kind of the idea of the consumer nowadays online shopping is, like, th- they, the, their loyalty lies from s- like, successful transactions and things that they want, and, you know, an online company, all they need to do is be successful one time, whether it is a return, right? Like, you may not like the product, but hey, we're gonna let you return it and you can keep it.

I've recently discovered that I spent most of my salary and money on online shopping.

It's a habit that I'm working on breaking because it makes me spend money on unnecessary purchases.

And the top of the guilty list for me would be online shopping because it's so convenient.

And sometimes because I don't have time in the day to go out shopping, but I do have time in the night to browse through the different online platforms for things that I need.

it might look fine, but you perhaps then you can't move, which is the [laughs] other problem in it, you know? So I think there's a lot, a lot more that's actually tactile in this as well that needs to be sorted out.
