One Station Unit Training

Um, so it was like, you know, I was trying to help people, trying to be that guy in the background just doing my thing.

You, I, I think 11 Bravo's one station unit training, you guys do OSUT?

Yeah.

So the way it was there, it was, uh, an 11 Bravo platoon, 11 Charlie platoon, and I think it was, like, an X-Ray or a Ranger platoon, like the guys going to RASP, and, um, it had an X-Ray contract for the, uh, Special Forces, and then a Reserve platoon.

Uh, everybody started coming down on their orders.

A bunch of us got orders to Fort Benning, um, which is a main training hub for the infantry.

Uh, we got, you know, airborne school, ranger school, pathfinder, basic training, OSUT, um, mortar training.

So there's a lot of, um, re- requirements for, you know, battle-tested, uh, NCOs to help train the next, you know, evolution of troops going over.

Um, so it was like, you know, I was trying to help people, trying to be that guy in the background just doing my thing.
