Oncor Electric Delivery

... um, in Somerville County, they got 11,000 signatures.

Um, I worked a little behind the scenes to ask the, um, Oncor, the engineering people, if they could consider one of the other three routes.

They had already engineered three routes.

And just last Friday, we did get the vote that they are, uh, rerouting it to the north of the park.

And that's, you know, the, kind of the, the problem I'm having in Texas right now with our ranch is, uh, they're trying to come through it and demolish our home.

Uh, my cattle, my horses, e- everything that these 765 kilovol- kilovolt transmission lines built by Oncor, uh, coming through our ranch, and not just our ranch, but thousands of other landowners.

And they're just really-

I, I don't know this story.

Mm.

So there's so many...

Uh, I guarantee you, though, the PUC, Texas Public Utility, uh, Commission, who is making the, uh, judgment on this and bringing the hammer down, they're the ones, I guarantee you they, none of them, and none of Oncor, who is building it, have any of those lines going through their property.

Right.

All the members, like a cooperative, are owners of the, of the, of the cooperative, and their job is to lower rates.

And so in Texas, you have eighty percent of the market, Houston, Dallas, North Austin, Oncor CenterPoint, AEP territory that is deregulated, competitive.
