On The Sunny Side Of The Street

Tonight, we turn to a 1961 recording by Frank Sinatra on Capitol with a fittingly swinging chart from Billy May.

And now, from the Come Swing with Me album, here's Frank with On the Sunny Side of the Street.

[upbeat music] Now grab your coat and snatch your hat.

Leave your worries on the doorstep.

Just direct your feet to the sunny side of the street.

Now can't you hear that pitter-pat? And that happy tune is your step.

Life can be so sweet on the sunny side of the street.

I used to walk in the shade with the blues on parade.
