On justification

When I read the article, the first thing I thought about, and I also enjoyed the article, not only because it proved me right that the critics have an upper hand here.

This is kind of the nerdy response, which is it reminded me of an argument I'd seen somewhere else, which I think is a little bit underexplored, which is a book by Luke Botansky and a collaborator whose name escapes me, called On Justification.

And I believe the book is from the early 80s.

And the book is about, so Boltanski sort of made his career as a sociologist investigating in a way kind of bureaucratic culture.
