... uh, you've got Nate Landman, you've got Omar Speights as well, um, Kareem Kinches, who are, who are both injured on, on the defensive line.

Uh, there's a couple on IR on, on their, uh, depth chart.

So, you know, the Rams have got some issues as well, so it's, you know, it's, it's, it's good for the Giants going in, especially, you know, after they had that loss coming up from the San Francisco 49ers.

You're going to see more tight ends.

I think Likely could feast again in the middle of the field, especially against healthy linebackers like Landman and Spades.

Those guys are good run defenders, but I think Likely or mismatches against them.

I think Likely could take advantage of the safeties, even if they're fully healthy, and especially if they're hampered in Kitchens and Curl.

So that's a struggle, but that was, that was last week with Quentin Williams and Kenny Clark, and the Giants did a fairly decent job there too.

And their linebackers, Nate Landman and Omar Speights, uh, both banged up.

I thought both struggled last week as well too.

Cam K- uh, Kinchans, who was the safety who comes down, uh, is, is, uh, d- a DNP, i, uh, in practice.

The other part, there was some n- more Rams injury news today.

So, um, it seems like Nate Landman and Cam Curl and Davis Allen, Omar Speights, uh, they had some injuries but generally positive stuff.

But then it came out today that they, Cam Kitchens, their other safety, has a hamstring injury.

Um, so I don't know, man.

Hmm.

Nate Landman and Omar Speights, because I felt like this was a vintage Kyle Shanahan game, where you circle where you want the linebackers to be moved, and then you move them there.

They did not look up to the task of defending the ways that this offense was trying to attack them, particularly on the ground, whether it was some of the motions that they were using with Kyle Juszczyk and others, but then also the physicality of the run game.

To me, it felt like their entire defensive line, but then also the linebackers were getting pushed off the ball, pushed out of the space that they wanted to occupy.

If the Rams are gonna continue to play zone and utilize some of that dime personnel they've grown accustomed to, could be problematic if the Giants elect to go heavy knowing that the Rams did deal with some injuries at the linebacker position.

Omar Speights didn't finish the game.

N- Nate Landman got dinged up later.

So we'll mon- continue to monitor the injury report.

So I think that's another storyline for me.

Something I'm looking at as well is there were injuries that came out of this game that there's no word on anywhere for the Rams, and most concerning would be both starting linebackers, Omar Speights and Nate Landman, were injured.

Speights, uh, I don't have the specifics on what it was.

Um, I think, uh, let me see if I can pull it up real quick.

And then what looked like Nate Landman hit his hand on a helmet I thought was just a hand injury, but what I've seen is something around shoulder, and that his arm was, like, dangling.

If he broke a collarbone or he has some kind-- Like, that could-- If it's shoulder, that could be a serious thing.

So if you are out Nate Landman and Omar Speights, you are, you're kinda in trouble depth chart-wise because the Rams' linebackers, um, I mean, you're talking about Sean Dolack and, uh, Grant-- What's the other guy's name? Um, I think it's Grant Stoddart.

So, um, it's, it's, uh, it's not a deep Rams linebacker room.

But it's a player that you can definitely attack in the run game, and I think the 49ers need to go after him with their wide zone runs.

Now, when you look at their linebacker room, you got Nate Landman and Omar Speights.

They both play the run really well.

They, uh, were very talented last year.
