Omaha Supernovas

We're joined by Grant Hanson, who is part of the Hanlon and Hanson Show.

So this man is busy, and he's got a lot of big-time thoughts about uh huskers and falcons as they tee it up at 6 p.m on saturday night let's just kind of do sort of a review but also playing it forward with what we thought from the the first husker game let's start with the offense grant um as we kind of break this thing down uh what did you like In week one, I'll give it to you real general.

You can go wherever you want, but what did you like and what do you say, okay, I want to see this climb a little bit week two?

We can connect with them with the Omaha Supernovas.

With Love Nebraska, sure, maybe we know the Nebraskans on the team, but when their opponents come, we have no idea who these people are because they're a lot of them are, a lot of them are foreign.

And I think that's cool.

You know what I heard, um, early on is that the people...

So before PVF was launched and before Omaha Supernovas was announced, they were trying to find their venue, and, like, across the board, everyone's like, "You guys are crazy for playing that arena.

Don't do it.

Dream smaller." Right.

I remember-

... um, back in 2023 with the Omaha Supernovas.

Yeah.

is your signal.

Okay, so Jill, Supernovas are not playing yet, but part of the game day experience is already getting ready.

Talk about that.

Yeah, so their hype squad, Supernovas hype squad, it's still pretty new.

It's only their third season upcoming this year, but the hype squad is compiled of cheerleaders and dancers and they really just make the game day experience fun for all of Nova nations and the fans.

And so I was able to go to their second day of tryouts yesterday, Sunday, and to see all the talent that these athletes are going to bring, um, to the court this upcoming season.

I wish that the Omaha Supernovas could say, like, every single aspect-
