Starts by Lake Tahoe at the Olympic Valley and they run 100 miles.

And it was originally a horse race and now has become a foot race.

You did pretty well at that in 21.

Yeah, and to be clear, like what I'm referring to is not necessarily like storefronts.

But, you know, in Tahoe and between here in Tahoe, I think specifically of like Olympic Valley, formerly Squaw Valley, which is like this massive village, ski resort village, basically.

And they got, man, I went to a reggae festival there a couple of years ago with my wife.

And bro, the amount of like the size of that area.

And they just put in this week and to the year next year.

But so a floating week at Olympic village in Olympic Valley, California, if that seems like something you'd be interested in, you've always wanted to purchase at Olympic village.

Yeah.

And I, like, had to get, I think, from my Olympic Valley condo to the airport to fly on an expedition to like Nepal or whatever.

And I'm like, "I got this," and was like-

What was his wealth from?

Well, he came, he was very poor and he was a legal consultant for a big bank who financed a big ski resort in California, Squaw Valley, way back in the 60s.

But it was going broke.

They had the Olympics there, didn't they?

He was just so photogenic, handsome, and he kind of reinvigorated skiing all over the country.

And so it took off.

So then he ended up owning half of Squaw Valley and he bought all of the land around it.

And he was that smart.

She also keeps busy writing.

A graduate of the Community of Writers Workshop, formerly known as Squaw Valley, with a screenwriting certificate from Scottsdale School of Theater and Film, Arizona, a B.A. in music therapy from Montana State University, Billings, and awards for her playwriting and scriptwriting, Cindy Brown freelances as a copy, script, and content writer and also presents writing workshops focusing on humor, dialogue, structure, and how to include characters with disabilities.

She's still writing novels.

Her latest, What the River Knew, working title, will be released by Ooligan Press in May 2026.

I mean, this is a ski resort one, but ski lift cable, it's your world, the metal world, the scrap metal world, wire rope.

You know, lives literally hanging about in steamboats, Stowe, Vermont, Squaw Valley, California.

Are they going to start seeing the wires start to fray and say, oh, my gosh, I hope we can get, you know, one more day out of it before it snaps? Obviously not.

I mean, there's could you imagine the malpractice, the lawsuits that are going to happen? So they retire it probably even ahead of.

And we were together in California.

Olympic Valley.

In Olympic Valley, yeah.

And yeah, I had an amazing time there.

And I think something...
