so what I used to do so obviously we got a on camp there was in Colchester there's like a regimental gym and then like a fucking like it was this big CrossFit gym I think it was RHQ gym I've watched like everybody can sort of fucking go in and all that sort of stuff.

So I used to be big into the gym on an evening.

So we'd always do hat PT.

So in the morning we'd do battery PT.

And then once we knock off for the day at four o'clock, five o'clock, we'd have hat PT, which could be anything.

It could be a circuit in the gym.

although that stuff is funny when it's constant it's just a bit too much when it's
