I am joined by Olivier Humbrecht of Zin Humbrecht, one of the most highly regarded producers in Alsace, and a true pioneer of biodynamic viticulture.

We're gonna be talking about the philosophy behind the wines, the vineyards, biodynamics, and what it really means to farm and make wine with such an intense focus on the relationship between the vine and its environment.
