I really did think that the Olivia Nuzzi book was gonna be the worst book I read this year.

And I would add, it's five hours long, and she speaks in the slowest pace I've ever heard a human being speak.

I think it was Chris who said, "Every word is a mountain."

Wow.

I love that she was just milking it.

She was like, "I get my 15 minutes and I'm gonna take every second." So Becca, you read [laughs] Olivia Nuzzi's memoir with me this year, which was the journalist who had an affair with RFK-

[laughs] It ended up just being about, a lot about The Stones' new record, right? Um, and-

But I'm kinda like, where is the Olivia Nuzzi music? 'Cause it's so good.

Well, I don't wanna write-

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

She's a journalist as well, managing editor at Jezebel, used to do The Daily Beast.

And what she does now with Hysteria is exceptional.

She makes politics very easy to consume.

The It's Always Sunny thing happened bec- through Twitter.

The creator of the show DM'd me and was like, "You're really funny.

I see you're a journalist, but have you ever written for TV?" And I was like, "Nope." And I came up with an idea for a show, and I pitched it to him, and he was like, "I think you should pitch this to FX," and he sat in with me as I pitched it to FX, and then that's kind of how we formed a sort of, like, mentor relationship.

And the show ended up dying in development.

That's different.

It kinda reminded me of the people who were trying to run cover for Sam Bankman-Fried when he got arrested and, like, they were saying, I think it was like Olivia Nuzzi who said something like-

[laughs]

... "Oh, I, I see Sam Bankman-Fried in handcuffs and all I think about is all the times I might have made a mistake on my 1040." And it's like, stop putting yourself in his shoes.

Well, well, and also he's just such a character in the way that Trump is a character with a, a remarkable past and three wives.

Uh- RFK, you know, has a wife who died by suicide, claims that he, uh, his brain was attacked by a brain worm, actually by a worm, had a, a strange digital relationship with a journalist, Olivia Nuzzi, who'd been profiling him.

Left with bare essential-

And numerous other, numerous other, other journalists.

Uh, nu- numerous other relationships which he has himself enumerated

Right.

Mm-hmm.

And, um, um, and then even on her part, you can see, uh, she's thinking, thinking ...
