You know, that's the whole model of, of, of Social Good Fund.

We don't measure people's outputs, generally speaking.

I, you know, I hope our projects are successful.

I hope they raise money.

I hope that meets our need, you know, uh, to, to raise the admin, um, uh, dollars that we need to keep our doors open and all that.

Yeah.

And is often the case by default, because you don't have enough resources to, to develop folks that are next in line.

That's right.

And you haven't hired for it, you know? Um, it's like, it's why I like to think that we try and hire leaders, you know, people with, with a little bit of ambition.

I mean, that in of itself is a challenge to have a group of people who are highly engaged in and bought in, you know, as a leadership group, you have to be really like, okay with that.

Really smart people are going to come at you with, with their critical thinking.

That's right.

And, you know, um, you have to be smart.

So people really have to come back together.
