Olive

At Montpellier I have not been able to find any trace of him, either in the library or elsewhere, but his journal shows that he was much interested in the trade and products of the country as well as in the objects which usually excite the curiosity of travellers.

At Shaftesbury's instigation he wrote a little treatise entitled Observations upon the Growth and Culture of Vines and Olives, the Production of Silk and the Preservation of Fruits.

It is curious that this small tract was never published till 1766.

It enumerates no less than forty-one varieties of grapes and thirteen varieties of olives which were grown in the neighbourhood of Montpellier.

As almost a preventative, I think Elm can be part of a formula, but so can Olive because Olive, which is typically for fatigue, can also be something that I think the way it's helpful is to... remind us, you know, how many spoons we have.

It can help us to balance our lives before it gets to that state.

And once we're in that state, it can help us to take the time to rest and recover the way that we need to.

And that is, that is not going to be helpful for anything that you're trying to do.

And I think that that's one of the beautiful things about the essences is they help us to recognize what we really do have, what we can spend energy wise, And to rest more deeply when we're when we need to, or even before we need to, hopefully, and that helps us to recover better, rather than just, you know, full speed crash, full speed crash, full speed crash, that's not a good way to To go through life, it's an exhausting way and it's certainly burning, it's burning resources that are not necessary and it's not a useful way to go about it.
