People living under dictatorships need not remain weak, and dictators need not be allowed to remain powerful indefinitely.

in Nigeria for example I don't I don't I don't know if you if um it because whenever I'm in the UK my my twitter feed does not the algorithm doesn't give me as much of that but I do know that a lot of Americans complain about it so there's this um twitter stories you'll see stories that are clearly made with ai sort of teaching some life lesson you know that kind of something something very stupid people it's been aggressively pushed and one thing that has become common with all of that i've noticed is that the the accounts that push those stories all have check marks which means that they are clearly aiming for the payouts So cycling it back to what we're talking about is there's now an incentive.

But again, also the practical obstacles that exist towards getting to AGI.

Again, who's going to give up all the words, knowledge across all organizations to somebody who wants to build an NIO oligarchy? I think governments won't allow it to happen because they know this is not going to end well for the enterprises, for the economy.
