Oldham County, which is what I would have thought.

Matt JonesHOST
10:11
would
Shannon The DudeHOST
10:11

Back on October 3rd, 2026, the probe follows a sealed lawsuit filed in Oldham County in June of 2026 by family members who accuse the Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame inductee of invasion of privacy, voyeurism, and possession of illicit material involving a minor after discovering approximately 15 hidden cameras while vacationing in his Florida residence back in June of 2025.

This is over in Oldham County.
David MannHOST
1:01
It's a project that's been on the radar for a little while, but appears to now start to be taking some steps to move forward, Olivia.
David MannHOST
1:08
So I guess remind listeners what Clore Station is and why the developers are betting on that area.
Laura RogersHOST

[gentle music] Rates just went up for the Metropolitan Sewer District, the utility that handles waste water drainage and flood protection in Jefferson and parts of Oldham and Bullitt Counties.
Laura RogersHOST
13:06
MSD is actually a three-in-one utility, which is unique to other utilities in the country.
Laura RogersHOST

Our Kelsey Starks explains on the next Inside Louisville.
Tony ParrettGUEST
13:57
So we're actually three separate utilities.
Tony ParrettGUEST
14:00
Uh, in Jefferson County, we provide all three of those services.
Tony ParrettGUEST
14:04
Uh, but we also provide waste water services to Bullitt County and Oldham County.
Tony ParrettGUEST
14:10
So not only are we three utilities in one, but we're a regional utility as well.

So the marquee is going to be a Class A 288 unit luxury apartment complex out in Oldham County, obviously LaGrange, which isn't something that I've reported on all that much.
Olivia EstrightPANELIST
8:57
So it was fun to kind of look through those.
Olivia EstrightPANELIST
8:59
But the apartments themselves will be like one to three bedroom units.
David MannHOST
9:35
So why did they pick LaGrange for this?
Olivia EstrightPANELIST
9:38
Yeah.
Olivia EstrightPANELIST
9:38
One thing that I thought was interesting in Denton Floyd's release is the fact that they had mentioned that in Oldham County, 87 percent of all of the housing units are detached single family homes, which I guess makes sense because Bullitt and Oldham County are two of the faster growing counties compared to Jefferson County.
Olivia EstrightPANELIST
9:55
But in Jefferson County, the single detached homes are only 64 percent.

To think that after I had determined to carry out the great idea which is so universally and practically acknowledged among all the civilized nations of the earth, that I would be free or die, I suffered myself to be turned aside by the fascinating charms of a female who gradually won my attention from an object so high as that of liberty, and an object which I held paramount to all others.
James K. WhiteNARRATOR

But when I had arrived at the age of eighteen, which was in the year of 1853, it was my lot to be introduced to the favor of a mulatto slave girl named Melinda, who lived in Oldham County, Kentucky, about four miles from the residence of my owner.
James K. WhiteNARRATOR
65:39
