Old Cowtown Museum

Well, just type it in and see what happens.

So this is an update to a story we did about, do you remember the Cowtown incident? Does this ring a bell? Old Cowtown Museum shotgun incident? Cowtown Museum

shotgun incident.

Yeah.

So there was, they do cowboy reenactments at the old Cowtown Museum and someone accidentally had like put their shotgun blanks on their passenger seat and they got mixed in with real shotgun shells and a guy shot another guy at the old Cowtown Museum.

Ringing any bells? No, you shouldn't have done that.

Shouldn't have done that.

And I love being out there.

I'm going to be at an event on October 9th at Old Cowtown.

It's a museum that celebrates the birth of Wichita, and they're putting on a fundraiser.

For that museum, I'll be going October 17th.

So some of the cultural attractions include Wichita Art Museum, the Mid-American All-Indian Museum, the Kansas Aviation Museum, just to name a few.

Historic features include the old Cowtown Museum.

You ever been to the Cowtown Museum, Taylor? I have not.

Neither have I. River crossing marked by the keeper of the plains.

Origins include the city's role as a cattle shipping center during the late 19th century, early aviation manufacturing, and its contributions to American fast food franchising.
