So far as I know, that has not happened.

In another protest of the Oglala Sioux of South Dakota, both of these are in South Dakota, both tribes are in South Dakota, The first demonstration taking place by the Lakota Sioux at Pine Ridge is in South Dakota.

The second demonstration, actually there's been two in this little small town in Nebraska.

So there's well over 100 candidates all across the country.

Bartu Smith also talked to an Oglala Lakota official about the diversity of candidates who are running for office during these midterm elections.

I talked to Kevin Killer, who is former president of the Oglala Lakota tribe.

He also served as a state senator and state representative in South Dakota.

And he talked about just how in the last decade or so, he's really seen an uptick in Native candidates across political parties.

Favre, Choctaw, gets credit for the 43-yard overtime touchdown pass as Green Bay wins 26-20.

In 2010, Oglala Lakota wrestler David Bulldog Michaud has a dominant tournament for South Dakota State.

He wins the 174-pound title at the Warren Williamson and Daktronics Open by pinning all four opponents.

They get to choose the blood quantum for the Cherokees are like 1%.

I think for the Oglala's us, you have to be a quarter.

But again, quantifying us as indigenous people is weird, right? Julie and I talk about this all the time, even not on the show.
