Office Romance

My specialty movie was Back Rooms.

My streaming movie was Office Romance.

And my wild card movie was Mandalorian and Grogu.

And yes, Elaine, as you pointed out, you had a slow start to the summer with The Breadwinner.

But we basically netted out very similarly there.

Elaine, you had 72 hours, which, based on the Nielsen streaming charts, had 1.8 billion minutes viewed, which was the number one movie of all three of our movies.

Sean, you were next with Jack Ryan Ghost War with 1.5 billion minutes, and I had 1.2 billion minutes with Office Romance.

So we were all kind of right there in the same spot, and it wouldn't have really changed things dramatically to factor those in.

yep uh so mutiny uh very silly jason statham movie uh i love jason statham uh it is exactly what you would expect like jason statham on a boat doing jason statham things loved it it was dumb like do not expect anything fancy here it was very stupid but if you're just if you just want something to like kind of wash over you and just enjoy it like a silly action movie very much highly recommended Similarly, Office Romance.

This is with Brett Goldstein, who can do no wrong right now.

And Jennifer Lopez, same sort of scenario, but, you know, romantic comedy.

I don't know, honestly, if it's going to happen.

I've got to imagine with Zemeckis tied to it, it might have a theatrical release, but I think this is more like Office Romance where I don't even think this is going to theaters.

And again, if she is pushing this hard and we haven't even seen anything with it, the movie's going to be terrible.

I know.

The two biggest trending shows right now are both giving J-Lo love.

Yeah, and now Jen is reacting to the homage alongside her Office Romance co-star Brett Goldstein at the film's premiere.

And they're also sharing with Access guest correspondent Lauren Herbert so much more about their own chemistry.

I'm doing air quotes, but recently famous people have gotten into it and they're kind of using it as a press stop as well.

So J-Lo did it recently for that Office Romance film where she was talking about being a New Yorker, stuff like that.

And again, the publicists are saying...

That's a great opportunity because they usually go viral.

But it gets dicey when you get into like...

Like you said, their original comedies, whether it's Ladies First, Little Brother, Office Romance is probably the better one of these this year.

Yeah, and even then, Woof, in terms of the chemistry and stuff.

Roommates, 72 Hours, still not very good.
