Uh, she has been in private practice in Los Angeles and Washington, DC.

Uh, she has occupied important positions in the federal government, the Office of Legal Policy, uh, the, um, the, uh, Department of Justice, um, in the, the, uh, uh, and I'm, I'm just, I don't kn- I don't understand how the Department of Justice is set up.

I myself did not work on those APA, APA issues, but I worked in the team that had that responsibility.

So within the US Department of Justice, the Office of Legal Policy, the Office of Policy Development had three lawyers who we used to call the reg guys, and their job was to make sure that these records were properly assembled, that the rules were followed for, um, when you propose a rule, when you're taking action in response to a congressional, uh, statute, that the rules... that, that this process is followed, and that there's a clear record that the process, you know, was followed.

Not just that it is followed, but that that was well documented.

And so I really appreciate the litigation that Katie Fang is pursuing.

You don't hear enough these days about crime prevention, and he's doing a great job in that position.

He served as the Senior Advisor for Research and Statistics at DOJ, Department of DOJ Office Justice Programs, and also the Office of Legal Policy in the U.S. Department of Justice during the 2020-2021 years.
