Ocean Grove

Not just that ice long black that you roll with in the morning.

Dion's in Ocean Grove.

Hello, Dion.

Yeah, g'day, guys.

so good so yeah that was my grab your keys and go what about you yeah

that's good happened this morning i'm back at work and there's a new thing that happens on a wednesday in ocean grove that has just begun again and when i'm at work i'm very congested for time in the mornings but i made this thing happen the connect initiative

So if

you're out in the Bellarine or Torquay, Geelong, Ocean Grove, the Connect initiative, we'll put the details in our show notes.

It's amazing.

And basically it's a beautiful free event that brings community together.

And this morning there's always a facilitator and there's always a beautiful experience and a connection activity.

And we sat at 6.30, Ocean Grove, Main Beach, met some beautiful new strangers that become friends.

We're getting a bit off topic, but it's worth chatting about.

I feel like that with Ocean Grove.

So, our hometown or my hometown, I guess I consider myself now a native of Ocean Grove.

Well, you've been here since you were nine.

When I grew up there, you had like middle class and lower class...

Australians living there.

There were some upper-class, well, like richer Australians, but by and large, the majority were middle-class Aussies.

And now it feels like when you go to Ocean Grove, it's middle to upper-class Australians, especially around the centre of the town, right? Well, the old town.

Geelong's a good area.

Um, Ella's family have a caravan in Ocean Grove, so-

Yeah

... not too far from Geelong.

Another one here.

"Hey Dwayne, what do you think of the Suns' chances next year with Pendlebury, a forward line of Walter, Reed, Goulburn, and possibly Jamarra, and more experience with Paterson, Zeke Yeo, Lombard, Humphrey, Rogers-Murray, recruits Butler and Schubert?" Matt from Ocean Grove.

I don't think Jamarra Ugle-Hagan, from what we're hearing, is gonna be there next year.

You've lost your number one goal kicker in Ben King.

So I still work.

So on our off days, I work at a little cafe in Ocean Grove, um, which I love.

Give it a shout-out.

For sure.
